Tanduay Cocktail Culture: Dumaguete
Adventure surrounds Dumaguete, the laidback town of transients known for its natural wonders. So while it may be called ‘The City of Gentle People’, Dumagueteños are anything but tame. It’s the quintessential town for travelers; warm and welcoming, and filled with the possibility of an escapade around the corner.
Right on Rizal Boulevard, Dondz whips up a zesty tribute to this outdoorsy bunch. This easy cocktail is great company on a hot day in town; refreshing, tangy, and, like the city, filled with spice. GRID x Tanduay: Cocktail Culture is a series following Dondz around the Philippines as he crafts cocktails inspired by its different regions.
